The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the evolution and operation of HR policies and programs that align with the company’s business strategy. She/he will lead and manage day-to-day HR operations and provides technical consulting and support, playing a hands-on role where needed.

We look for Senior Directors with extensive experience in business development and deal-making. Successful candidates will report directly to the Managing Director and will be responsible for business development and exploiting current market opportunities in various regions. This includes potentially establishing the regional footprint and leading/supervising the local team(s). In addition, the candidate will assist the Managing Director in broader coordination of other business initiatives, including the team development and staffing, fostering the team spirit, mentoring, setting the business objectives (KPI’s), and measuring the performance.

We look for engineers with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in banking and financial application development to participate in high impact projects which will help our clients deliver required changes and ensuring smooth transformational processes.

Our projects are high impact, therefore our Senior Consultant Project Managers must have experience in change management, migrations and innovation projects within the financial industry. We look for a minimum of 4 years experience with a strong technical background in complex financial systems migrations.
