Richard Bowden

With 25 years’ experience in navigating complex landscapes across the Big4 Consultants, Financial Services, and major transformations, Richard is a proven leader who has operated at COO and CTO level and thrives on driving impactful change. Through his journey, Richard has become fascinated by the psychology and techniques required when striving for high performance – in life and business. Leveraging all these skills, Richard works with small and large companies that are growing at speed and struggling to align the pace of change with strong cultures and behaviours.
Richard leads the MBC Transformation team, helping clients achieve the very best outcomes from their change investments.
Alfonso Cruz Navarro
A professional with over 15 years’ experience advising companies in both the public and private sectors. He graduated in Law from the University of Seville and completed his studies at the University of Leipzig, Germany. He holds a Masters in Human Resources Management from the Instituto de Estudios Cajasol and has recently completed the Executive Development Programme at IESE Business School.
Passionate about strategic consulting and human resources, he is Director of Operations and Talent at May Business Consulting. His main objective is to align the human resources function with the company’s strategic objectives, improve its presence in the financial sector and attract the best talent.
Paco Martinez
Professional with over 30 years’ experience in the financial sector, holding senior management positions at both local and corporate level. Expertise in the operational, financial and accounting world, with experience in efficiency and operational transformation processes, both in Europe and the Americas.
Degree in Economics and Masters in Financial Markets from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Management Development Programme from Insead and General Management Programme from IESE.
Management and Big Data programmes from CEU.
Our aim is to help companies achieve their objectives and to be at their side in this process, both by contributing to projects and by searching for people in key positions who can add value to the process.
